The effects of CBD are experienced for between 4-6 hours, with larger servings lasting longer. The method which you use to ingest CBD alters the length of time the CBD stays in your system. For ingestibles including pills and capsules it will take longer as it is absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, meaning it can take upto an hour to take effect and will stay in the system for a lot longer.
